The phenomenon has become increasingly prominent as the era of informationtechnology continues to advance, the amount of information you need to store more andmore, government, companies use heterogeneous database to store data and the need fordata sharing and integration between different systems,therefore become an urgent needto address key issues in the exchange of data between heterogeneous databases. Thedata exchange process, there are also intercepted, tampered with, posing security threats,data exchange security issues become critical in the process.The main subject of research into the use of XML technology to exchange data inheterogeneous data, and data exchange in the process of security technologies toimprove.Specific studies, including XML and data exchange technology, dataencryption algorithm, upcoming DES algorithm and improve the application of the RSAalgorithm to secure data exchange model, making the whole system has been furtheroptimized on the safety and efficiency. Through the rule-making method to solve theconflict in the process of data exchange and binary conversion technology to solve theproblem of large object data exchange.Finally, the design and heterogeneous dataexchange platform. The ultimate goal of this topic is through the establishment of a safeand rapid heterogeneous data exchange platform data sharing and integration ofheterogeneous systems.Finally, heterogeneous database XML-based data exchange platform designed toachieve results, that the theory can achieve the exchange of data between heterogeneoussystems, the use of the subject. The main innovation of this subject is to use the DES algorithmcombined with RSA improved algorithm to optimize and improve the safety andefficiency of the heterogeneous data exchange environment.
