The credit card points exchange system to achieve a traditional commercial bank credit card application business processes, information and networking, saving the time of credit card customers to exchange business. The system to meet the recognized credit card points exchange operations from application to approval process requirements, preserved through the database of customer data provide a more accurate decision support information for the credit card sector data analysis and marketing. Through the network and traditional business, which can improve the management and operational efficiency of the credit card sector; also satisfy the strong demand of the customers’ credit card services, information technology, networking and facilitation. And further demonstrates the commercial banks will be identified as "customer centric" core business philosophy.This paper analyzes the background of the system development and current development of domestic and foreign financial sector information management system, first outlined a system needs to solve the main problem. Secondly, the overall system development are described and a detailed description of system requirements analysis and architecture design, system selected representative examples describes the instance of the detailed design and implementation process. Finally, the description of the analysis system designed for the visual analysis of customer data module. In this paper, the Rational Unified Process for system development methodology, Unified Modeling Language UML analysis and design description language, J2EE development platform architecture. Completed the detailed requirements analysis and system design, specific analysis of the design contains basic customer information resource management, customers redeem Information Management, business approval management, information management and customer data analysis system, the main function module.This paper studies the content and contributions.1. Specification development model and the standard used in the system development process, the UML, the RUP model and process documentation standards. In the system development process, in order to obtain more detailed requirements, a description based on the needs of the use case diagram, interaction diagram and timing diagram. To meet the requirements of the system database, according to the needs of design for the system design process and structural framework.2. The system design using integrated design ideas based on SSH (struts\spring\the hibernate), B/S structure-based WEB applications. In order to meet the expanding needs of the ongoing maintenance and functionality, the modular design concept and development model. In accordance with the different divisions of the system function modules, and to build and design the corresponding module library. Various features of the application system through the different modules to achieve, to improve the efficiency of the development and use of the system.3. The design and realization of customer data analysis system based on credit card points exchange system, given the visual analysis of data mining theory based on cluster analysis, data extraction and graphics display algorithms and traditional customer data.
