3D application software are used widely whit the development of3D applicative technology. The fire-fighting departments all over the country also bring up the needs of using the3D technology to assisting extinguishment and rescue. Though the fire-fighting departments all over the country all show the needs of research and development on fire-fighting applicative software, the model based on the different platforms can’t be shared with the limitation of lacking of the single standard on3D model-building industry. It is difficult to building the large-scale3D scene model with one department’s human resources and.financial capability. Both of the reasons lead to the development of3D model-building on fire-fighting technology slowly. There is a enormous meaning on study of3D model standardization on buildings.This article summaries the mainly3D applications on fire-fighting industry and the rigid demands on3D model of buildings. At the same time, it concludes the special demand on3D model of buildings considering the share of resource and security of data. All of these would lay the foundation of research the standardization of3D model on fire-fighting industry. Also, this article discusses the rule of model building, the realization of building3D model technology, the method of compress3D data, the realization of3D model inside cryptography and the rule of content on building3D model data. The article probes into the management technology on building3D model data, too.This paper analyzes the rigid demand1of three-dimensional application in the fire service industry. Besides, it puts forwards technical solutions to the key problems such as3D data standardization, data sharing, data compression, data encryption. It provides the basis for enacting standards of designing3D building models applied in fire protection industry.Based on the above solutions, we draft brief regulation rules which aim to instruct the manufacture of3D building models with application system. Those rules will be applied in3D Simulation Training System held by Beijing Fire Department. What’s more, they help to realize the widely use of3D Simulation Training System and the building models in Fire Digital Schema System. All in all, those regulations play an exemplary role in promoting the standardizations of3D building models in fire service industry.
