High-pressure flammable and easy explosive gases, means the main features of compressed gas, they have been widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical, mineral processing, light industry, food, building paper, water treatment and other industries and fields.In order to ensure the security of high-pressure flammable and explosive gases in the storage and transportation, gas leak detection of gas storage products are increasingly important in whether it is in life or in the production, in order to avoid a variety of accidents caused by the tightness of the container, storage of flammable and explosive gas products must be done100%leak detection. It is a great practical significance and value in use by researching the method for rapid determination of high-pressure flammable and explosive gas leakage, and finding can be achieved in the industrial production line, automatic rapid, accurate gas leak detection technology.First Analyzing every factors that affect gas leak, and finding out the impact of the leak detection time and detection accuracy, analysis, and compared with the advantages and disadvantages of the bubble detection, the direct pressure gas leak detection method, the differential pressure gas leak detection and mass spectrometry, finally based on the above methods to analyze the result of the comparison, a detection method by using a gas senso(?) detects gas leakage was proposed, A high pressure detection of flammable and explosive gas leak detection platform was designed, mechanical movement of the detection platform used fully automated control, A programmable logic controller (PLC) used to control the solenoid valve to control the movement of the cylinder, data collected by Advantech card PCI-1716acquisition, and then sent by the host computer, using a virtual instrument(LabVIEW) to filter, mean calculate and analysis of these data to get a specific amount of leakage of the test part. The result showed that compared to the traditional trace leakage detection of gas, the accuracy of the detection test is no longer affected by temperature changes and the changes of test pipeline, and the precision of testing was improved3orders of magnitude, besides the testing time was decreased from1minute per part to20seconds per part, production efficiency improved by nearly3times to solve the problem of testing the high pressure flammable and explosive gas leakage quickly, accurately under high pressure.
