| In this paper use the Intelligent Fire Control Linkage Emergency System as the research object, based on ZigBee wireless network communication technology, designed of fault diagnosis function of intelligent fire linkage emergency device. It is the developing direction that the device accords with network, integration, intelligence, and information of the fire control equipment. Meanwhile, the device makes up for the shortage of the traditional fire control equipment. Therefore, it has the important practical significance in fire safety field; research results have obvious popularization and application value.Based on the modular design method, designed the intelligent fire control linkage emergency system, consist of battery inspection unit, inverter unit, and wireless communication unit. The system requirements network real-time, reliability, networking and routing characteristics, but for data transfer rate low demand. Therefore, with low-power, low-cost, low-rate, short-delay, high network capacity, high reliability, simple and flexible network layout, small nodes and other features, ZigBee technology especially suitable for build a wireless sensor network.In the choice of control strategy, combined with the advantages of both PID control and repetitive control that is commonly used inverter power supply of digital control method, using DSP TMS320F2812, voltage and current sampling circuit, according to the mathematical model of the inverter, using hybrid control strategy that combined with repetitive control which based on the internal model principle and double closed loop control strategy which has voltage outer ring and current inner loop, then output stable SPWM wave.Research intelligent fault diagnosis technology based on fuzzy theory, according to the engineering experience, combined with the advantages of both fuzzy transitive closure method and fuzzy ISODATA method; select the typical10team samples to fuzzy clustering analysis simulate calculation. Through analysis the simulation results, proved of the fuzzy clustering analysis algorithm that this paper used is effectively. This method of fault diagnosis based on the fuzzy clustering analysis is very suitable for application in the intelligent fire control linkage emergency system and realization of the fault diagnosis function rapidly and accurately. |
