With the increasing level of social information and the rapid development ofmobile internet, the effective combination of both, make the form of rapid informationtransmission in business office is no longer a separate cable, but can quickly pass thesame information with non-geographical wireless network. In today, as rapiddevelopment of information technology, the form of work in enterprises began to bechanged, no longer limited to a fixed office. Mobile office service provide a veryimportant management tool for enterprises to improve efficiency, respond to urgenttask, and so on.This paper summarizes framework of data communications,both applicationmodel and task scheduling based on fuzzy theory. And according to method ofworkflow task of sorting based on FAHP proposed by Liu Yi and Zigang Zhang,thepaper use fuzzy-set method to establish a task model and modify that method ofpriority value calculation in task-scheduling problem, and apply this method to theserver of the mobile office.In this paper, first of all, it systematically proposes the overall framework ofmobile office and analyzes the architecture of client and server. It proposes extractingand processing the meeting information of announcement, add this information tosystem’s schedule management, and synchronize to the appropriate client’s scheduleof company to remind the user of client. This paper proposes the system’s dataorganization and resource contention issues that need to be solved.Secondly, on the basis of analysis and research of the data communicationtechnologies and the task-scheduling strategies and algorithms based on fuzzy ofAHP, this paper use MINA communication framework as a data communicationframework of the whole system, use fuzzy priority-scheduling strategies andalgorithms to manage the file queue in the service side, and do some numericalexamples for the algorithm,the analysis of numerical examples of the algorithm showthat the algorithm can improve system capacity and efficiency.Finally, on the platform of the Android2.2version, this paper use MINA framework and fuzzy scheduling algorithms to implement mobile OA system, and dosome system-related test. The Experiments show that using the MINA framework canbe a good communication transmission method for data package based on XMLtechnology.
