With the rapid development of laser technology, the requirement of the stability of lasers is highly demanded more and more. At present, the all solid-state laser with a corner-cube resonant cavity has the high output stability. The collimation of the laser cavity mirrors is very important to the stability of the laser resonator. However, the corner-cube resonator (CCR) can increase the misalignment-resistant stability of lasers. Besides, the output beam of a laser based on a CCR has the advantages of the small far-field angle of divergence and good beam quality, which attracts people more and more scientific attention. Based on the matrix optics and fast Fourier transform, the misalignment-resistant stability and transverse mode distribution of the Corner-Cube Prism (CCP)-plane cavity, CCP-flat convex cavity, CCP-flat concave cavity and CCP-CCP cavity are theoretically analyzed in this dissertation, respectively. The main contents are as follows:1. The basic optical properties and research advances about the CCP is introduced and analyzed.2. Using matrix optics, the misalignment-resistant characteristics of CCR under the totally reflecting mirror detuning and the output mirror detuning is simulated, respectively.3. Based on the fast Fourier transform method and the optical transfer function, the theoretical model of the eigenmodes of the CCRs is established. The amplitude distribution, far-field distribution and polarization of the eigenmodes of the CCR, including CCP-plane cavity, CCP-flat convex cavity, CCP-flat concave cavity and CCP-CCP cavity, is numerical simulated and analyzed, respectively.4. The transmission process of radially and azimuthally polarized laser modes is studied by the fast Fourier transform method. According to the theoretical study, a radially polarized light is achieved through the reasonable designing of thermal lens focal length and aperture radius.
