Recently, with the vigorous development of the computer technology and informationize engineering and other fields, some nations in the country have rapid development based on speech recognition, speech synthesis, voiceprint recognition and other speech patterns of acoustic engineering. In particular, reflect on the naturalness of synthesized speech. There is an increase in natural language synthesis of speech in Uyghur language, domestic and foreign Linguists made some studies on acoustic characteristics of Uyghur phonemes, allophones, co-articulation, rhythm and Word Stress by using traditional methods, but most of these studies rely on the fragmentary hearsay knowledge, which is far from meeting the current acoustical engineering requirements.In this paper, we have done the basic acoustic analysis and research of Standard Uyghur consonants by Integrating computational linguistics, speech science, computer information processing, and other scientific knowledge based on previous research, the use of linguistics with engineering theory and methods of statistics, in line with the voice characteristics of the modern Uyghur language. Chose the plosives and tenius occurred in single-syllable or multi-syllable words which is included in "Uyghur language acoustical database". and the acoustical features such as formants, sound intensity, duration, VOT and the distribution model of GAP are given. discusses the voiceless phenomenon of voiced stops, comparative acoustical research is made on the plosives and tenius consonant in Uyghur Language, summarizes the differences between their rules. Finally a pattern analysis of voiced stops and tenius consonants. Aim for Uyghur language teaching, scientific research, speech synthesis, speech recognition and language information processing mode provides a natural language, such as law and theory.
