With the development of modern manufacture industry, the traditionalmeasurement method can’t already meet the high precision manufacture industry’sdemand. The high accuracy3D data obtaining of industry manufactures such asappearance of the mould, engine outer cover, automobile appearance, etc has become anew and important research direction in the measurement field. It has great practicalsignificance in designing products data, testing manufacture results, analyzing andcomparing products and supplying data to the subsequent manufacture. So how toobtain high precision and abundance3D data of industry products fast becomes aproblem to be solved urgently in modern industrial development.In recent years, the technology of has developed rapidly. Compared to thetechnology of traditional contact measurement, stereo vision has some advantages,suchas high accuracy, speed and nondestructive.It has been widely used in3D measurementfield.As the core of the stereo vision,stereo matching has important influence on theaccuracy of3D reconstruction and the whole system. According to the feature points ofsmooth object surface not obvious,the dissertation presents a method that different fromthe traditional to the object surface feature points and stereo matching. The methodprojects completed structure light to the target object that has smooth surface.So thecharacteristics of prior knowledge will have been created on the surface. Because thegray light of the completed coding contrasts more apparent, according to the structure ofthe light encoding,,the dissertation presents decoding way of the light of the codingstructure to get feature point.The light projection means of coding structure can creat theencoding features of points that an object in the natural features of rules than withoutsome more easy to match. Through the method of stereo matching of specific featurepoint,we can achieve the simple stereo matching for smooth surface feature points andimprove the accuracy of stereo matching.
