In2010You Are The One’s broadcasting cause a craze storm of television dating shows in china, Jiangsu TV provides an entertainment feast to audience, it is an astounding program for national television audience. The dazzling stage lights,novel set of links and the way which adapt to modern life make You Are The One reach the peak in the ratings.Audience strive to be the first to participate in the blind dating party in MengFei’s leading. For a time, the whole society have invested a great concern and enthusiasm to You Are The One and blind date. As a masterpiece of Chinese TV marriage reality show,You Are The One meets the needs of the audience balanced mood and entertainment,the successful experience worth us to learn; but the spread of values and mate views in the program have make a negative impact on the audience. Choosing this controversial program and study it deeply and comprehensively, the author wants to sweep the complicated fog for people who concern and study You Are The One program.,and help people to find the core and soul of the program.Currently, the study of the program numerous,but it seems that they were mainly about3000words papers, as the paper’s limitation,there are few of them which could study the program from academic perspective deeply and comprehensively, the author choose this subject as thesis for Master’s degree with nearly40,000words and study it deeply and comprehensively for two reasons:on the one hand, summarize the previous results; on the other hand, using knowledge of journalism and communication, sociology, psychology and marketing to explore the studying method of You Are The One.In the paper, the author will study the background of the program,the form of the program,the content of the program, the marketing strategy and the audience,in order to give people some reference values and meanings for the future of television marriage program analysis. In this paper, the author takes the study in an in-depth method. The first chapter, tracing the source of You Are The One, introduce the background of the program,and mainly analyze the reason of television dating shows’ popular. The second chapter, the author specifically describes the form and the generation of You Are The One program.Then,using TV sociological point of view, TV economics point of view and TV cultural perspective to stduy the success of You Are The One.The third chapter is the core of this paper.based on knowledge of many disciplines,in order to provide some lessons and learned, the author study the content, marketing,audience and the negative impact of the program one by one.At last, using critical perspective to interpret some controversial problems of You Are The One.The fourth chapter,in this part,the paper mainly interprets the breakthrough of the program achieved. The author try to form the concept, the content, forms, business and the system of innovation lead to the core view:only innovation is the inexhaustible motive force of television dating shows. At last,the paper makes a perspective judgement and personal analysis for the future of You Are The One.
