With the long-term operation of wind turbine, its failure is an increasing number,in order to improve the safety and reliability of wind power equipment operation,prevention of failure and reduce losses, the timely detection of abnormal equipment,master the operational status of equipment, to grasp the development trend of acomprehensiveincrease productivity, it is necessary to improve the level of on-linemonitoring of wind power equipment. The wind power generation, foreign researchand application of monitoring technology has been mature, and the establishment of amore comprehensive monitoring and analysis system. The development of China’s islags behind, the wind turbine failure can not be forecast early, seriously affecting thewind farm production efficiency. Therefore, the research and development of windturbine-line monitoring system has important practical significance.Summary analysis of the on-line monitoring system at home and abroad, this topicis based on the DSP and ARM processor, designed a feature-rich, reliable onlinemonitoring of wind turbine system. TI’s DSP TMS320VC5402is data processing core,to achieve some of the features, such as data acquisition, data processing and featureextraction; Samsung’s ARM S3C2410A is control core, to achieve man-machineinterface and communication functions. DSP and ARM communication is done throughthe DSP host interface HPI, this approach does not interrupt the normal operation ofthe DSP to ensure that the real-time and reliability of the system.Through the analysis of the failure mechanism of the wind turbine system of thebearing vibration signal monitoring. Vibration signal to determine the abnormal partsof the exception and abnormal, is currently the most used and most effective on-linemonitoring methods. In the vibration signal analysis, more suitable for the vibrationsignal wavelet packet transform to extract features, to improve the accuracy of faultdiagnosis.System software development is completed in two parts. DSP software design, adetailed analysis of signal feature extraction method and wavelet program in the CCSsoftware debug. ARM software design, determine the based on LIUNX operatingsystem software program, completed part of the application process design.
