Along with our country railroad business to be on the upgrade of railway transportation, development speed is accelerated increasingly, train operation speed has been improved, with the speed of train, the train entered a new era.Long distance train as the main form of transportation, its comfort, safety, stability and so on target to become everybody attention object.Today, the railway transportation safety has been very high, high speed railway safety can be guaranteed, with the railway transport dependent increases increasingly, comfort became a concern large research topic.The vehicle vibration monitoring, the comfort was detection of a hand, at its core, is actually to the vibration signal acquisition and data processing.In previous detection systems, although the system itself is very powerful, but the system is not in actual use of function increase and upgrade, if any. is more troublesome, so how to find a powerful and easy to upgrade the function of the chip becomes the topic idea reason.In this paper, I through the literature search, data acquisition system the understanding as well as on programmable chip operating system knowledge, gives a comprehensive experimental concept, system use FPGA as core, data collection, the hardware design of the system with Altium Designer, software development is in the Quartus Ⅱ and NIOS Ⅱ IDE completion, in Quartus Ⅱ using Verilog HDL on ADC acquisition circuit for construction, its core is using SOPC Builder development.System control code using C language, in NIOS Ⅱ under IDE complete the design development and debugging software.The entire system is characterized by the development of easy to use, when in use, can be in accordance with their own ideas corresponding upgrade.
