The E-Commerce has become a hot topic of Internet in China. At the end of the last century, the tide of E-Commerce in the global not only brought enormous influences to the developed countrys’ business model and economic development, but also had deep influences on the developing countries. Although the E-commerce of our country started a little later, it had shown the scene of a prosperty at the beginning of development.With the development of economy, the network infrastructure improves and the enterprise informatization level ups, more and more enterprises begin to work with E-commerce. Under the current e-commerce market which is developing rapidly, an enterprise needs to have a strange IT system that can help to manage E-commerce business in order to establish its competitive advantage in a short period of time.This paper will introduce an E-commerce system called "Bai Dian Tong". It can provide enterprises the online store to marketing, multi-channel integration, order processing, warehousing distribution, logistics and so on. It is a complete B2C E-Commerce solution. Enterprises can use it to integrate the third-party sales channels such as Taobao at the front end, and integrate the existing ERP or WMS systems at the back end.It can improve the working efficiency, reduce errors and labor cost. This paper introduces the analysis, design and implementation of product management module in "Bai Dian Tong" project in detail.Firstly, this paper introduces the background of "Bai Dian Tong". It also introduces E-commerce related knowledge and its international and domestic current development situation. It introduces IBM WebSphere Commerce which is the development platform of "Bai Dian Tong".Secondly, this paper introduces the goal of "Bai Dian Tong" system. Then the paper lists the requirements of6major functional modules, and gives the system functional architecture and technical architecture.Thirdly, this paper introduces the analysis, design and implementation of the product module in "Bai Dian Tong" in detail. This paper analyzes the requirements of product management module. This module has3main funcitons:shelf management, price synchronization and brand management. Shelf management and price synchronization can be both divided into2processes:the batch products process and single product process. This paper explains their business process design, data design, function design, and the key realization are described. Brand management data logic is divided into four levels, which are statistics layer, business layer, front layer and operation layer. This paper gives a detailed description of each layer’s design and realization.Finally, this paper makes a conclusion, and points out what "Bai Dian Tong" system can improve in the future, for example, the B2C store front related functions and the integration of main sales channels, ERP systems and WMS systems.
