The e-commerce revolution has fundamentally changed the business and the business of transaction by giving new opportunities and breaking borders easily.In Bangladesh,it(B2C)has firmly impacted the traditional business system and improving the lives of people by making it more accessible.Nowadays B2 C is the most popular and working e-commerce model in Bangladesh holding almost 90% of whole e-commerce market share.Though in Bangladesh B2 C E-commerce is growing faster but still as a developing country faces many problems,obstacles,and constraints along with considerable opportunities shortly.The reason for writing this paper is to find the problems and giving feasible solutions for the future development and betterment of e-commerce in Bangladesh.By doing a local study using PEST analysis ans porter's five forces analysis this paper showed the current environment of ecommerce situation of bangladsgh.Understanding the main problems that are facing in Bangladesh in e-commerce development.Figure out the probale solutions and its proper and planned implementation in e-commerce with the help of developed countries will affect the future e-commerce market in Bangladesh.This paper will demonstrate the present situation of B2 C e-commerce,problems,and development strategy in Bangladesh that will help the government and private sectors those who are working on e-commerce business.
