Design And Realization Of The Controller For10KW FM Broadcasting Transmitter

With the improvement of human life and the development of science andtechnology, broadcast industry also get rapidly development, people have higherdemand for intelligence broadcasting transmitter. Controller as necessary part fora transmitter, it has an important significance to improve the quality of the radiobroadcast transmitter and realize automation and intelligence.Based on the analysis of development for broadcasting transmitter andcontroller, as well as the overall structure of the10KW FM broadcastingtransmitter and control system technical requirements, design idea of the DCS(Distributed Control System) was adopted, and the whole control system wasdivided into main control unit, power control unit, power amplifier controlunit.The control task was realized with all of them.According to the functional requirements of each control unit, the hardwarestructure of control unit was presented, the components were selected, and theimplementation of each control unit hardware circuit was completed. On thebasis of development environment for the control system, architecture and designidea of the software system were described, the man-machine interfaceprocedures, communication procedures, trouble dealing proceduresand and otherrelated ones were achieved, which were very important for whole control system.In order to meet the needs of testing for controller of transmitter, the testingplateform for controller of transmitter was developed.The testing that used tocheck the validity of hardware and software for controller of transmitter,included the testing of components, the testing of part circuit and the wholecontro system, which provide reliable protectiong for control system. Theproblem which is found during the testing，has been anlalyzed and solved.It was proved by the test in the laboratory and in the field that the controlleris reliable and the requirements of controller for FM broadcasting transmitterwere satisfied.
