| According to annual data released by the State Administration of WorkSafety, the total number of accidents upon all kinds of mine is still high in China.Promptã€effective and accurate mine security managemrnt system is mostimportant isuue in the field. Aimed to this purpose, a mine well personnelmonitoring system based on embedded platform is designed and developed inthis thesis.The presented system includs a ground control center, four reference nodesand a blind node. Serial communication is adopted between controlling centerand reference nodes. Zigbee communication is adopted among reference nodesand between reference nodes and blind node. The ground controlling center isimplemented through ARM-11platform, on which controlling program isdeveloped based on Linux system and human-machine control realized bytoughed screen. Five nodes are all of CC-2430, one of them is designed as agateway, the others are reference nodes. The blind node is designed by CC-2431.Every node was controlledd by SCM C51, and Zigbee interface was actualizedby using professional controlling chip from TI company.QT technology was utilized to develop the graphical interface of the groundcontrol center, C++image library and the serial communication library to buildthe software system; C language to realize C51of each node (including thereference node and blind node). When working, start the gateway node to keepits connection with data from ARM-11, then start the four reference nodes tosend pre-set position information to the gateway node wirelessly. After that, startof the blind node, which calculates its own location information by the strengthof wireless signal accepted from four reference nodes, and processes data fusionwith the Dead Reckoning positioning information, then send the positioninformation to the gateway node. The gateway node collects the real-time wireless information and send it to ARM-11, thus ensuring real-time, continueand reliable data display.Optimized ZigBee orientation algorithm is adopted in this system, whichconducts wireless personnel position based on motion estimation algorithm,combines signal strength indication with flight location algorithm; smoothes datawith the weighted average algorithm.The algorithm improves original accuracyof ZigBee, and enhances the position range of ZigBee, and thus estimates thetrajectory and location information of the mine personnel with higher accuracy,and provide a solid data support for the safety management of the mine.A large number of experiment and theory prove that mine personnelpositioning system based on embedded platform is capable of provide a moreaccurate mine. |
