With the vigorous development of medical career, many kinds of chronic diseases happen frequently in people’s life and our notice of infections once greatly reduced in recent years. However, the large spread of the epidemic reality tells us that infection has always been a kind of serious disease threatening our country, especially in the countryside it is still a main menace to people’s health. Such as SARS, H1N1, bird flu etc in recent years. People’s safety is continuously threatened, which in turn causes that the prevention, control and management of infection epidemic situation have caught governments’high attention. Effective management of infections depends on good construction of information system. Finding and reporting situations plays a very important part in the management of infections. By collecting, transmitting and analyzing the information of infection epidemic situation, some relevant departments can better prepare for infection crisis to make the whole management of infection more coordinate. As a result, the timely and accurate report of infection information is a very simple and effective way of decreasing the harm of spread of epidemic situation. We use modern advanced IT methods and recent widely used Android mobile platform in the unit of basic level medical treatment to report epidemic situation information accurately and in time to improve the speed of the report of epidemic situation.The rural population accounts for70%of total population in our country, so it is necessary to prevent rural areas from being a blank area of reporting infection. Countryside doctors can quickly report the information of epidemic situation by means of tablet computer with3G network and our software for direct report of infection. It can report the information of epidemic situation in time, also avoids the situation of slow and missing report to improve the efficiency of work. At the same time, huge data mining and analysis help a lot for managers to make right decisions. Platform for direct report of infection can directly display the information of epidemic situation and prepare a clear platform for policymaker. It also implements the spatiotemporal analysis of infection epidemic situation and help to make accurate decisions for the prevention and control of epidemic situation.On the basis of researching relevant theoretical knowledge on the direct report of infection epidemic situation, we structure an omnibearing platform for direct report of infection based on Android. The platform use s Android as mobile terminal system and chooses countryside as our client-sides. By means of Android tablet computer, the doctors can take active part and report the information of epidemic situation in their responsible regions in time. The information of infection epidemic situation is timely and dynamically displayed in the server-sides by the most visualized way—map. By analyzing the data of epidemic situation, governments and relevant policymakers can make right decisions in the direction of prevention and control of infection epidemic situation.
