The epidemic has a great impact on public security; no matter the virus come from the nature or release by the terrorist bring the disaster to the people, especially in big city with the high population and frequency moving.Modeling and Simulation is an effective approach to mimic and study virus propagation, due to infectious diseases'non-experimentation among human in the real world.The native researches on epidemic transmission are base on SIR dynamics model is not consider the different of the individual Agent. The research with the method of Agent Modeling just applies to the small space. Sometimes the research focus on infect rate and care rate never relate to the spatio-temporal transmission. So, this paper analyzes the epidemic transmission's peculiarity and devises the construct of the Agent in city. The main contents are summarized as follows.(1)This paper analyzes the construction of the Agent and introduces the function of each part of Agent Model.(2)This paper proposes a Markvo Model to support the Behavior Modeling base on the human's regular life.(3)This paper proposes methods to programming the Agent moving lines with different vehicle...
