In recent years with the development and maturation of RFID technology, RFID as a key supportive technology is widely applied in the web of things.With the advance of the data processing capabilities, positional information between the smart object is taken seriously more and more Because of RFID’s own features and a number of advantages, RFID is ideal for working in the indoor environment. RFID is very popular technology in the area of the Indoor positioning.Because there are many factors affect the signal in indoor propagation loss, indoor environment is complicated and variation, the structure of generic model commonly used is very simple, and capacity is very weak, generic model can not cope with all situations, and the positioning error of common model is larger, research a location method which is using active RFID base on data analysis.The method bases on received signal strength indictor and uses indoor signal propagation model to reflect the relationship of the signal propagation path loss and propagation distance, according to indoor signal propagation model the RFID tag’s signal strength indictors are translated into the distance indictors.So the positioning accuracy is depended on whether the indoor signal propagation model is relecting the relationship of the signal propagation path loss and propagation distance well and truly.In this paper from the viewpoint of data mining, according to the RFID tag’s signal strength indictors which is the signals transmited by the label is received by the reader after the transmission of the indoor channel, RFID tag’s signal strength indictors imply the the channel features of the indoor environment and the relationship of the signal propagation path loss and propagation distance in the indoor environment. By date analyzing the signal intensity of the label, dig out the relationship between the signal propagation path loss and propagation distance, establish the signal propagation loss correction model corresponding the indoor environment, and then use the model in the location of active RFID.By simulation, preliminarily test and verify that regression analyzing the signal strength value of the label by support vector machine can dig out the relationship between the signal propagation path loss and propagation distance corresponding the indoor environment, establish the signal propagation loss correction model. Compare to logarithm of the distance path loss model and attenuation factor model, correction model reflect the relationship between the signal propation path loss and propagation distance corresponding the indoor environment better. Positioning error is less than that which is using the logarithm of the distance path loss model and attenuation factor model. In addition, analyzing the signal strength value of the label by K-means clustering, also can classify the tag which is in different regions.
