In the automation of production rapid development today, more and more people used machine vision system in condition monitoring, product inspection and quality control in the automated production line, machine vision is an important field of science, and is also a technology driven market. Development of machine vision, has a positive significance to the Chinese teaching, scientific research and economy. Machine vision in China, is an emerging industry, related technical guidance products popular enough, lead to the unsystematic of applications, these several years along with our country supporting infrastructure gradually improved, technology, capital accumulation, economic structure gradually to technology-intensive transition, all walks of life to the production automation, intelligent request begins to appear extensively.In Daheng photoelectric company, There is not a machine vision produets,in detection experiments modern optics system products.,and customers have urgently needs. On the other hand, the relevant manufacturers commissioned Daheng photoelectric company developed a set of machine vision detection system applicated in production line.
