PCB is very important in the electronic information industry, so higher speed and precision is required in the flow of PCB production. Because the manual detection is high-cost, low precision and speed, a new detection method is needed.As an on-line apparatus, optoelectronic automatic vision inspection system for PCB implements the detection of a variety of surface defects. The design and implement of the optical components and software in the optoelectronic automatic vision inspection of PCB is presented in this dissertation and the main contents are as follows:(1) The system structure and work flow of optoelectronic automatic vision inspection system for PCB is introduced;(2) High-speed color line-scan technology is proposed; base on the line-scan technology and hardware parameters of system, the selected optical components is successfully applied in the prototype of the optoelectronic automatic vision inspection of PCB;(3) The design and implement of the software is emphatically introduced; through the requirement analysis of the software, the overall design is realized, including the division and definition of the function modules and sub-modules; and then, according to the overall design, function modules for image acquisition, image display, system communication, processing layer, database operation, as well as the humanistic UI, are completed and tested.The most important contribution is utilization of high-speed color line-scan technology, multi-machine network interconnection technology, database technology and modular design of software in the prototype of the optoelectronic automatic vision inspection of PCB. It is the first domestic report.The design and implement of the optical components and software has been successfully used in the prototype of the system and showed well.
