With the wide usage of many electronic devices such as mobile phone, PDA and so on, different kinds of crimes with the aid of mobile phone have been increasingly rampant. The research of mobile phone forensic is becoming more and more important to fighting mobile phone criminal.Mobile phone forensics is different from computer forensics, the reasons as follow: there are so many Mobile phone operation systems, different interfaces and the methods of driver and connection with the frequently changing of communication network. Due to all above features about the variety of Mobile phone forensics, the development of this forensics technique is badly needed to keep up with the progress of computer and communication network. Therefore, the research of Mobile phone forensics is of great practical significance. This thesis summarizes the current situation and development trend of mobile forensics technique, analyzes the structure and the design concept of TULP2G through three-tier architectures in UML, presents system framework improvement scheme based on the principle and pattern of software development, and illustrates, from flexibility and performance, the advantage of improved scheme in comparison with the former. This thesis use improved TULP2G to extract data, this data has some features as follow:great quantity, much irrelative information and no correlation. In order to facilitate investigators to analyze forensic data, this thesis designs visual correlation tool to make the extracted data more vivid and direct-viewing based on data correlation model. So that investigators can acquire more useful information.
