Design And Implementation Of College Students’ Information Consciousness And Skill Training Platform Based On SOA

With the rapid development of economic globalization, intensifing of socialcompetition and the expanding of university in our country during past ten years, thestudents’ employment situation is more and more severe. Recently, the problem of collegestudents’ employment has become one of the focuses of society attention. If collegestudents master competitive intelligence knowledge earlier and they will have advantagesin employment and in business than others. Therefore strengthen the competitiveintelligence education of college students are necessary. Competitive intelligenceeducation of college studets is not only to cultivate the ability of collecting information,but also to improve the ablitity of intelligence analysis and using of intelligence ofstudents. As a result, college students should analyze the surrounding environmentobjectively and improve the ablitity of their own compeririveness. That requires thestudents have a more wide knowledge structure and collect move useful and morevaluable intelligence in the vast multitude of literature material, and analyze them to use inthe futeure and prepare to our jobs.The author systematically study the architecture of SOA, the technology of network,the technology of.NET WCF and the related knowledge, This paper design andimplementation of college students’ information consciousness and skill training platformbased on SOA, which using the object-oriented program design thought. The platformuses the Visual Studio.NET2008and Oracle database technology to realize the usermanagement, file management, classification management, file management, subjectmanagement, data processing and other functions. Using the OLEDB technology realizesthe access to the data inofrmation of Excel. So the function of batch add user informationis realized; Using the method of Process class realizes closing the files between processs,which avoids the errors of reclassifing the file while the file is opened; Using the methodof ProcessStartInfo class and multiple process technology realizes updating the materialby the rar file automaticaly.The application of the platform proviceds self-study and recieving competitiveintelligence information means for university students. The user can collect intelligenceand analysis, reporting information through the platform and the user can learn the relatedinformation knowledge through the platform, so improve university students’ informationconsciousness and information skills and increase the competitive ability in a certain. The platform is applicable for all kinds of college to provide competitive intelligenceeducation, also can be used in all kinds of enterprises to train competitive intelligenceskills of their staff.
