With the development of the computer technology and network technology, the application of E-government has witnessed rapid development, which has become a great issue in the global information technology industry. E-government, in the mean time, is experiencing some setbacks brought by virus, hackers, and other malicious factors. Net safety has become an increasingly serious issue. Lots of important information, including some top secrets of the nation, is involved in the running of E-government. Therefore, how to establish a safety protection system to insure a smooth running of E-government, as well as to fend the government information off violations, has become a top priority for the system programmers and administrators. However, information Security Class Protect in China is only in its primary stage of development with no valid models or tools readily available in this area. which is properly addressed in this paper with a set of practical Information Security Class Protect Quantification Models developed with reference to the national draft"A Guide to information security of E-government affairs "Class Protect implement, Issued in 2006.A Class Protect Integration Value Computing Model is put forward based on Class Protect Integration Value Computing Subsystem Model. Presentation of a Decide Class Computing Method based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model. A Decide Class Computing Method is proposed in this paper by the combination of confidentiality, integrity and usability and using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method. The study of Divide Security zone method is based on fuzzy cluster. A Divide Security zone method is developed in this paper by selecting proper valuation criteria and designing Quantification Model. Based on analyzing the current conditions of E-government network, this dissertation elevates and studies the math model studied in this paper. At last, the E-government Class Protect solutions are put forward on Zhoushan E-government network.
