In the aviation field of research, production and testing, the temperature is one of thebasic parameters needed to be tested. Especially in the development process of aero-engine,we need to measure the airflow total temperature in the inlet, combustor, the combustionchamber and so on. We also need to use a temperature sensor to measure air temperature onmissiles and rockets and other spacecraft .The temperature parameters have an importantimpact on engine performance and efficiency.The fiber optic temperature sensor has a great advantage on the temperaturemeasurement compared with thermocouple, and the fiber-optic temperature sensor has hightemperature stability while the traditional thermocouple thermometer hasn’t. With the rapidlydevelopment of optical fiber technology, it has a broad application prospects on researchingand developing high precision、stable performance、low-cost fiber-optic temperature sensor.In this paper we designed a drawing single crystal fiber system which the objective of thesystem would product crystal fiber. We designed a circular focused laser heating system onthe basis of original LHPG., and designed a optical system by the double ellipsoid lens focusfeatures ,and in its first focus ring heat formed focus circular heating, this is used to controlmelt fiber. And we simulated the optical system through the ZEMAX optical software. Theresults of the software simulation indicate that in could form high quality circular heating inthe first focus ring. System has incomparable advantages compare with other laser pedestalheating optical system.We designed a fiber-optic temperature sensor for high-speed airflow temperature test thaton the basis of high-quality fiber .And we designed the stagnation chamber of the totaltemperature sensor, and the airflow and temperature distribution of total temperature sensor stagnation chamber internal was simulated by using ANSYS software.
