Cloud computing is the most popular IT technologies, which provide on-demand IT services for Internet-based users. For IT infrastructure, use cloud technology, which could connect a large number of computing resources with a unified network management and scheduling, to form a pool of computing resources to provide on-demand services. Cloud computing utilizes virtualization technology to provide several virtual machines, which have different computing capability and are isolated from each other, for different users. These virtual machines can be easily provisioned and reclaimed, which will dramatically increase resource utilization and reduce maintenance cost.The solution, which uses VMware, and POWER VM virtualization technology, LVS cluster system, as well as some of IBM’s existing enterprise IT solutions. Advantage of the cloud platform cloud computing technology through the design and deployment of the IaaS, which changed the traditionally manual to provide IT services, thereby providing a demand of self-organization scalable IT services. It will be significant savings in equipment, human as well as operation and maintenance expenses. Cloud computing is a service-oriented computing model, with the characters of highly scalable, powerful computing and storage capacity and so on. Could computing platform virtualizes, divide and allocate resources dynamically. This paper described the design and deployment of a private cloud platform, based on the enterprise’s own needs to deploy an IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service). Firstly, introduced the cloud computing in the research and research results, as well as some associated with cloud computing technology background; Secondly, discussed the cloud platform deployment, including the needs analysis, detailed process of the design and implementation, and based on the cloud platform, design and realization of the cluster system of a self-organized scalable network services. Then, elaborated the detailed testing and analysis. Finally, summarize the system development results and experiences, and the next focus for the prospect.
