Due to the absence of semantic adaptation, the core of SOA application--building process, is lack of flexibility and convenience. Thus, the service process generation approach based on semantics technology has been created. This thesis describes the background and significance of the thesis work, and after that, a brief description of the development provision in process generation is given, which leads to the Semantic Web based technology platform to generate new service processes. Then the thesis analyzes the interactions of service process generation platform and outer instances to generate functional and non-functional requirements. Then the core thesis of the two key issues is analyzed and a solution is given. Firstly proposed the MVC-based services platform to generate the overall structure of the process, followed by the need for semantic recommendation platform, according to the characteristics given in the form of RDF data storage solutions, and explain its advantages and disadvantages compared with the transitional relational database.Based on the above analysis of key technologies, this thesis specifically describes the standard BPEL language extension model. Using EMF as implementation, BPEL model are expanded into three levels:process framework, templates, and atomic services. The thesis describes a sub-module architecture design, each module features include: compositing process, service assets, and recommended process framework and co-template storage of these features. Then the key part of the thesis describes the implementation of each layer:for the RDF data, data structure description is given; for the Eclipse plug-in part of the implementation, the level of class diagrams, sequence diagrams and flow charts are given; for the view layer implementation, mechanism of the instructions is given. After that, the thesis presents the functional and performance tests of the BPEL process generated by the approach, which verifies the feasibility of this system. The design and implementation work which need further study is given in the end.
