LTE (Long Term Evolution)is the system of TD-SCDMA and WCDMA evoluate from 3G to 4G mainstream technology. Compared with 2G and 3G network,the LTE technology have better transmission rates and spectrum efficiency.It supports a maximum bandwidth of 20MHz,and in this bandwidth,can provide maximum peak rates of 100Mbps of downlink and 50Mbps of uplink.TD-LTE is time division duplex (TDD, Time Division Duplex) mode of LTE (Long Term Evolution) system.As the important role of promote the TD-LTE in China,China Mobile and many operators worldwide reached cooperators agreements and develop together.In the paper, firstly,TD-LTE wireless communication system development status at home and abroad, System architecture and its characteristics,key performance indicators of TD-LTE is descripted.Then,introduce the OFDM as multiple access technology in the TD-LTE system.The paper focues on the frame structure of TD-LTE system AMC technology and MIMO technology.The paper analises these technologies affect the allocation of resources.Then it intruduce the reason that Inter-cell interference generated and the technology of the cooperation of Intel-cell interference.The paper proposed multi-cell resource allocation scheme.It plane simulation software ANPOP platform introduced the program to achieve the detailed design rely on network.At last,through simulation software ANPOP on TD-LTE wireless communication system simulation,comparing simulatiated data,analising simulated resualt,verificate this multi-cell resource allocation approach has the advantage.The paper relay on the ANPOP platform, integration key technology of the TD-LTE communication system.Make the simulated resualt of the Network Planning practical significance.provide a theoretical basis and practical value construction workers in the network for network planning and construction.
