With the constant expansion of scale, enterprises are increasingly in-depth cooperate with hanks. According to the structure design methods, firstly defined the goal of BEI platform, analysis the system requirement, organize the overall thought, derive the entirety design of BEI platform, then used modular-based design way, top to down, finished platform’s underlying Internet communications, security control, message conversion, traffic control and monitoring modules detailed design, based on all the above design, analyzed and decided the develop technology which successfully completed the BEI platform implementation, during the development, to ensure the running efficiency, conduct the comprehensive performance test requirement analysis and implement the performance test, also ensure the BEI platform can meet the requirement of band-enterprise business grownup. After the BEI platform put into production and after a period of running, analyzed the using effect and weaknesses, prospected future development possibility.
