Centrifuge is one kind of equipments which used to separate material such as blood, cells, enzymes. Laborary centrifuge is a necessary equipment for researching and production in medicine, agriculture, biology. Ultracentrifuge is the centrifuge which has the maximum speed more than 30000rpm.The centrifuge of overseas is started early and developed repid. It has mature technology in the ultracentrifuge field currently. The maximum speed of ultracentrifuge is up to 150000rpm. The domestic centrifuge is started late and developed slow. Ultracentrifuge is rarely in China for now. There are gaps with foreign countries in machine intelligence, temperature control and other aspects. The object of this design is the control system of ultracentrifuge, including the hardware design, the network design and the software design.The hardware of the ultracentrifuge control system is devided into several modules, such as interactive module, temperature detection and control module, vaccum detection and control module, rotor identification module, rotor speed detection and control module. The research and design on each module is separated to make them work together under the control of MCU to complete the ultracentrifuge various functions in operation.The network of ultracentrifuge is a new concept whose main purpose is to achieve group control function. This article disign the network structure of ultracentrifuge, which used the CAN bus to link the centrifuges and monitor in the same industrial field. The terminal server can control the monitors in defferent industrial fields via the Ethernet to control all of the centrifuges.The first process of software design is to devide the software system into serveral sub-modules, such as system initialization module, run-time control module, LCD display module, host computer module, parameter setting module. Then design these sub-modules after planning the main flow chart according to their functions. And finally debug and modify these modules based on the main flow chart, to make sure the whole software system run successful.
