LTE is the acknowledged evolution plan for the next-generation mobile network. It is transition between3G and4G mobile communication technology, commonly known as3.9G. LTE can provide high-bandwidth, high rate, improve cell capacity and reduce system latency. LTE-A systems, as the evolution of LTE, further improves the performance of mobile communication system. At present, LTE/LTE-A systems and their key technology are the hot research topic in mobile systems.The access mode of uplink has been analyzed, due to the request that lower cost and lower power for the mobile terminal, LTE/LTE-A system has used SC-FDMA as its uplink access mode. Make research on the fundaments of SC-FDMA and uplink access mode-OFDMA, then do simulation with it and prove that SC-FDMA has less PAPR. With SC-FDMA technology, we introduce the frame structure and reference signal of uplink. All of these are prepared for the building of link level simulation platform of PUCCH.PUCCH carries the control message of uplink, which are very important for the work of shared channel of uplink and downlink. According to the type of the control message, there are seven transmission formats of PUCCH, the sending and receiving end system model has been simulated of them, the building of link level simulation platform for PUCCH has been finished. With this platform, the performance of their bit error ratio has been analyzed. The platform can be used to the simulation of PUCCH technology.PUCCH format3is brought up in LTE-A system, which can transmit48bit encoded information, currently the scheme of PUCCH transmit diversity has not determined, three proposed transmit diversity scheme has been studied, then compare their user capacity态bit error ratio and complex to get their advantages and disadvantages, and conclusion has been made that SORTD can achieve better performance.
