With the rapidly development of science and technology and ceaselessly rise of people’s living level, the pace of life also accelerates in the urban crowd. Therefore, more and more people are busy working and ignore their own health. At present, about50%of people in the world are in the sub-health status, which should be paid more attention to.This thesis is based on the project "Human body’s against training equipment", cooperating between Anhui university and its count-enterprise. To improve the athletes’training level reasonably and scientifically, the project, combining Chinese Wushu and modern technology, has appearance of human-like and inner structure of elastic axis. So it can be widely used in wushu school training bases and public security police etc.. Moreover, an exercise equipment with the multimedia platform is developed. In this system, STC12C5A60S2is used as the processor of MCU chip in peripheral circuit and the modules, including force collection, error compensation, switching power and output, are designed. It collects and analyzes the athletes’ training process and information, in order to facilitate the coaches to make more targeted training programs. The software, written by C-Programmer language using Keil μVision2, initializes all hardware modules, sets the error compensation, processes the point and force of boxing, and achieves the voice reading of the training results by using BSD5015SD voice chip combined with Interphonic5.0software.With the design and debugging of hardware and software, the system accomplishes the statistic and voice reading of the hit count and maximum force in10seconds. In order to reduce the error, this thesis analyzes the error sources and compensates the possible errors. Results shows that the method is effective and the accuracy rate is about97%.
