And the stable design is the core in the subject of design.To begin with, the data of this paper is from the social product investigation and the questionnaire. And the data also include indirect way by oral investigation. Then the data is deal, which in order to be better learning of the existing password input machine and screen human-computer interface. The detail of the data processing is first to conclude the pictures and words, because those two kinds of data is directly to reflect existing problems and the directions of improvement. Then this paper analyzes the rules of aesthete in existing products based on the combination of product modelings、operation convenience and the characters of product structure functions. As a result, the analyzed process provides the suggestion of the design of stable password input products.In the second place, this paper introduces and analyzes the password input machine and the screen human-computer interface, which is addition to the external structure of password input machine and the external operation of the screen human-computer interface. Moreover, in connection with two directions’hardware and software in terms of size and space, the reasonable design project is given. In the third place, the best stable design quality is obtained, which is based on the using characteristic external appearance、form and human-computer interface structure. Such design can integrate the product structure and external appearance. Moreover, the design wipes off the redundant deigns and non-necessary visual information, makes the operations easily.Lastly, by comparing the disadvantages and advantages between the different materials, we give the suggestions and ways in the material selection.
