Human-machine Dialogue System For Mobile Terminal

Human-computer dialogue technology is an important interactive mode in human-computer interaction,which has a wide range of applications in the industry and today's intelligent life,such as smart home,companion robot,intelligent service,mobile phone assistant,etc.In this paper,we study the answer feedback method under the user's teaching intention in order to improve the communication experience.Firstly,this paper introduces the significance of researching human-computer dialogue system and the research status at home and abroad;Then,the current relatively popular method in the dialogue management and human-computer dialogue related technologies were introduced;Finally,the answer feedback under teaching intention is regarded as the research object,this paper proposes a user teaching intention oriented answer feedback method based on self-talk,and a mobile terminal oriented human-machine dialogue system is implemented.The contribution of this paper mainly has two aspects:(1)This paper proposes a self-talk based optimal answer selection method in human computer dialog.Traditional dialogue system usually returned ambiguous answer under user's teaching intention,which is not conducive to further dialogue.In the case of a user teaching,the proposed method firstly choose the question,which fit to the current dialogue sentence in dialog history;then the matched question incorporated with user's current sentence are used to search on internet multiple times,namely multi-round self-talk;finally,the repeated answers are filtered and the summarization obtained from all multi-round self-talk sentences are adopt as the final feedback to user.Experiments demonstrate that the proposed method can learn from dialogue process and effectively improve the experience of human-computer dialogue under the user's teaching intention.(2)A human-machine dialogue system for mobile terminals is implemented with Webservice technology base on Android system.The dialogue system can record multi-round of dialogue history information for continuous dialogue;The system supports the query of weather,restaurants,scene spots and routes,it also supports the free chat at the same time.It could also obtain new knowledge in the process of dialogue with users from the internet and the conversation;at the same time,the system is built on web service technology,which has a strong portability and cross-platform ability.
