As a kind of water processing machine, Water Boiler is playing a very important role in peoples life and production.Water Boiler is just a machine that can use many kinds of ways to change other energy to be heat energy, according to different heating source, there are electric Water Boiler, solar power Water Boiler and so on. With the improving of people’s life quality, a new requirement for water boiler has been offered, not only the external structure, but also the function and stability. With the rapid development of intelligent control technology, making the Water Boiler with intelligent characteristics is a new important subject.Firstly, the paper introduced the current situation of the development of the Water Boiler, and concompared the advantages and disadvantages of many kinds of water boiled machines, and discussed the problems of the control for the Water Boiler. Secondly, choosing the boiling type electric Water Boiler as the main research object, the paper analyzed the unique box structure of this type Boiler, and determined the MCU control technology as the main control one, and completed the minimize control system of the MCU. And then, the thesis put forward the functional requirements of the boiling Water Boiler, and focused on analyzing the working principle of the control system. And according to the different requirements of function, a new way called H&S functional modular design was brought out, and propsed one kind of implementation plan for H&S. Finally, dividing into four chapters, the article researched on the detection and process for water level signal, feeding water control, heating control and programming the control programs.In this thesis, there were four aspects completed. First, probed into the methods for the detection and processing of water level indicating signal, and proposed a new processing method for water level indicating signal. Second, in water feeding control, the paper proposed a control way by using MCU driving transistor, and driving Relay, and Relay driving the electromagnetic Valve. Third, in view the probem for on&off of the three-phase high power, the essay introduced a zero trigger bidirectional thyristor technology, and analyzed the distinction between3Q TRIAC and4Q TRIAC, and put forward the selection methods forTRIAC. In the choice of the ways of heating control, focusing on the analysis of the TRIAC’s trigger mode, and expounded the working principle of how MOC3061series of photoelectric coupler triggered the TRIAC to work, and then, completed the heating control circuit. Fourth, the paper completed the whole system control programming.
