Wireless Network Information System For ARM-based Intelligent Building Research

And because of its excellent and stable network performance, embedded Linux system has been gradually occupy a large part of the embedded network-related product development.This paper presents an embedded Linux operating system S3C6410ARM11embedded processors as the core of the hardware platform using the Java programming language to write applications and graphical user interface.802.11b standards established in the district’s central server, wireless network communication system, in order to achieve the effective communication between tenants and property management center of the district public messaging, voice, video and other information. The system has the following characteristics:(1) Embedded system uses32Samsung S3C6410ARM11processor as a hardware core, can effectively save power consumption and cost. And smaller overall hardware, easy installation, it has become really important for the modern home requirements.(2) the use of embedded Linux operating system to facilitate system maintenance, expansion and upgrade.(3) Internal LAN networking using the802.11b specification, network technology is mature, easy to maintain and upgrade.(4) software design written in Java, friendly and easy to operate program interface, combined with the characteristics of the Java language can be effective in a variety of platforms, portable, speed up the efficiency of the product upgrade, effectively shortening the cycle of the program of secondary development.
