The Research Of Dss Model Based On Multiple Data Sources

With the depth of information construction and development of network technology, the development and application of a variety of databases bring more and more data sources, in addition to the complexity of data format, the shorten of the feedback time needs by enterprise, so that the traditional decision support systems are increasingly exposed deficiencies in dealing with multi-data source data integration and real-time updating of data.Through the analysis of the new decision support system which was widely used, discovered it’s defective of managing multiple heterogeneous data sources and getting real-time data. To address these two issues, we make some improvements for decision support model through the introduction of Data source registration mechanism and Event-driven data active update mechanism, And at last the example demonstrates the feasibility of the solution.The principal tasks are as following:(1) Based on the new decision support system model, we use frame design of the hierarchical structure, introduced Data source registration mechanism and Event-driven data active update mechanism, made a further division for the data processing layer in accordance with its internal functional modules on the logical level.(2) We made a detailed definition of the principle of the data source registration mechanism and the XML Schema for saving the data source information, also and give a detailed description of its methods and steps used to establish a global system model.(3) Provided a clear definition on the principle of Event-driven data active update mechanism, and using XML Schema to demonstrate the event, explained in detail on the function of each functional module and its realization which based on Event-driven data active update mechanism.(4) On the basis of the model, gives examples of a decision support system-the design and implementation of the collection of coal Sustainable Development Fund decision support system, and the final experimental results show that the DSS model proposed by this paper can be a good solution to the current decision support system’s shortcomings, and has a certain value.
