Our country has rich inland waterway resources.Relying on the Yangtse River, waterborne enterprises develop quickly.Facing the increasingly fierce competition in the market of inland river shipping, traditional shipping enterprises is bound to modern logistics enterprise transformation.This article presents contemporary informatization platform is how to handle the shipping enterprise production scheduling in the process of production supervision, property safety issues.The main contents are as follows:First.the paper briefly introduces Silverlight, WCF, WPF, GIS, and AIS.Second.the paper presents system needs analysis from general requirements of system construction, data, function module, and other system development key points.Third.the paper presents a summary of the system design, the ship terminal interface design, and database design.Froth,the video monitor module on Ship terminal, mainly introduces the use of to camera development kit and WPF technology to realize the monitoring video window display and switching.Fifth,the track playback module on monitoring platform gets discrete driving trajectory point of the ship during this time, and uses the graphics interface provided by the GIS platform for charting trajectories.Sixth.the location monitor module on ship terminal, mainly introduces the AIS message format standard and the AIS message decoding process, and through the algorithm to calculate whether there is a risk of collision of ship.Since the Jiangantong monitoring and management system for river shipping into the test, the system becomes a successful link contacting ship and shore.The technology and the developing methods in the project design can be used for reference to other similar field such as the road transport management.
