With the economic globalization and the rapid development of the insurance industry, the insurance industry faces the world insurance giant impact, each year hundreds of new insurance company are builded. Between the insurance companies for the marketing situation will be more incentive, how to predict the impending loss of marketing staff in order to reduce the loss and improve the prediction accuracy, the insurance industry is imminent. With the development of data mining technology, more and more people are aware of the importance of data mining, the applied research of data mining technology is more and more widely, loss analysis is one of the hot spots.This article through to the Chinese people insurance company of province of marketing data analysis, and the use of decision tree algorithm of data mining to establish marketing prediction model, and the result of excavations carried out research and analysis.This Papers main contents include.Introduced the China insurance industry development and the development of data mining technology, were analyzed using data mining techniques to predict the marketing loss of necessity and feasibility.Commonly used to forecast data mining algorithms, such as decision tree, Bayesian algorithm and neural network algorithm was discussed.Using decision tree algorithm of data mining to establish the prediction model and the model results were analyzed. Finally, based on the prediction model for evaluation of the results and analysis, given the corresponding countermeasures, to effectively improve customer churn phenomenon, at last,the practical and effective of the decision tree classification is proved。...
