Remote control technology is a kind of technology based on computer. The targetis long-distance real-time monitor. The technology is fusion A/D conversiontechnology, digital signal processing, data acquisition, communication technology andother aspects of integrated systems. At present, the high speed electrified railwaytraction power supply system developed rapidly in our country. This paper appliedremote control technology to the electrified railway system. Include operation processof the equipment information collection and transmission, so as to achieve the goal ofremote monitoring purposes.Electrified railway system includes three controlling stations (host station),executive stand (son stand) and communication channel. With the computertechnology and communication technology development, the electrified railwaytraction power supply system of the operation stability of the continuous improvementof the level, the advantage of remote control technology in electrified railway industryquickly reflected. With PLC module as the core of transfer data, at the same time,reflected the immense application value this makes electrified railway remote controlsystem and function of the realization of the data collection research and design withtheoretical significance and become the practical value of the important topic.Firstly, this paper introduced the present situation and development of electrifiedrailway, the advantages of remote control technology that applied for railway industry,describes the consist of electrified railway, all kinds of data acquisition circuit principleand classification, introduces the programmable controller classification and mainperformance requirements in detail. Secondly, based on using of programmablecontroller communication module, analysis specific definition and basic structuredeeply, introduces the programmable controller hardware and software device.Through analysing and comparing the practical needs of five substations, certain this article analysis and design data communication with Siemens S7-200, providetheoretical basis for realization function of the subsequent electrified railway system.Through analyzing the function and component of the remote control system ofelectrified railway, this paper determined that application in a remote control, remotecommunicate, remote measure and fault record wave function of data acquisitionsystem using A/D or D/A transformation circuit, switch quantity interface circuit, acsample circuit, digital communication circuit and PLC communication technologycommon as the basic structure of this design. In this paper, the design electrifiedrailway remote control system broadly divided into data acquisition, PLCcommunication, main and controlled station function realize three parts.Data collection technology is relatively mature, as the most basic part of thedesign. A message to collect the data of remote sensing, remote control the commandswant to complete, all need to be charged through the (RTU) interface circuit. Therefore,research of the parallel the I/O interface A/D conversion interface D/A circuit, finallyachieved the design scheduling with RTU information (data) between the stability ofthe transmission. Programmable controller communication module electrified railwayin the application of the remote communication system, realized dynamic data recordsand statistics processing. This will provide development basis for future high-speed railactuator system.The paper only design and research the electrified railway actuator system datacollection and function realization, only a small part of the system, because the time islimited and other objective conditions. There’s a lot of work to do that complete a fulloperation of remote control system. In actual application of the following aspectsshould be paid attention to:1) System information transform, monitoring circuit rely on electromagneticdevice, control signal dish covers an area of big, go against actual operation of tractionpower supply system real time observation information, so high-speed electric actuatorsystem far for data acquisition circuit requirements of high standard, high precisionmeasurement instrument need to achieve system designed by the expected effect.2) For electrified railway traction power supply system, due to its power system is a special customer, because of the particularity of traction power supply, must still tosome specific problems in special consideration.At present, the operation speed of electrified railway became faster and faster, thedynamic characteristics of the technology is monitoring of real-time data acquisitionand processing speed transmission ability all can have higher requirements for the gainthe requirements of the characteristics such as more and more is also high, socomprehensive consideration of the various requirements, design not only performanceis very good and relatively easy to the practical application of the dynamic system willbe far electrified railway is an inevitable trend.
