Management of students has become key and difficult points inuniversity, which influenced the stability and development of students and university.The background of this paper is the reality of harbin vocational&technical college.Itdesigns and realize a set of information to improve students work with rapidindex,convenient to seek,high reliability,large storage and low cost—harbinvocational&technical college Students’ Information Management System, in order topromote the work of students’ work in harbin vocational&technical college.This paper is based on development status of Students Information ManagementSystem both at home and abroad. It aims at shortages of similar systems, combinesrequirement and analysis procedure of students’ work in HRBJC, collects informationof similar systems. This system adopts B/S pattern,which makes the page more friendly, explicit and effective to access. This systeminstructs a stable database about students’ information, keeps consistency of data,bears fine customer interface and maintenance system including query, accretion,revise, delete,etc. To aid decision making. This system provides infinite power oftechnology in constructive information development of harbin vocational&technicalcollege. Facts have proved that this system is vital to popularize and practise inexploitation and design.
