With the rapid development of network in modern society, the application ofcomputer technology has been increasingly widely used in the real life. In view thaturban public transport passenger information system remains in a backward level andthat the civilian can obtain information by very few means, in order to resolve thisproblem, accelerating the development of urban public transport informationization willprovide timely feedback information for the management and policymakers, thus tobetter lay a foundation for the daily management and public transport development.Therefore, it will have a practical significance to design an urban public transport queryand feedback system. Under such background, I have developed an urban publictransport query and feedback system after active research and full preparation. Thisarticle firstly considers the actural situation of public transport operations and the realdemand of different passengers and analyzes the function of this system; later, itspecifically illustrates the main function modules of this system.In today’s society, the best means of transportation that most citizens are access tois public transportation facilities, which is low-carbon and environment friendly, havingan extraordinary significance and promotion space in the fields such as society,environment and transportation. It’s the due responsibility of the developer to bettercreate a comprehensive public transport management system, and only after furnish thefirst-hand materials for the policymakers and management, could it secure the furtherdevelopment of public transport. As a result, together with the characteristics of publicvehicle operation in Harbin, the locality of the author, the author has now committed todesign and realize a public transport query and feedback system for the urban publictransport sector in the light of improving the business and information managementstandards of the public transport management units and with the aim of serving thepeople and the society. The development process strictly follows the basic principle ofmodular development, and carries on designing from the top to bottom, and finallyanalyzes, designs and realizes one by one.This system adopts simple and flexible computer languages by combining the back-end database for the purpose of providing the users with a fully opened platformof inquiring and feedbacking information. With such completely opened systemplatform, users can achieve fast inquiry of the operation information of the publictransport vehicles, and it can offer the management and the policymakers withinformation feedback and standard management. It will not only make the operationplatform of the public transport management department to be systematic, standardizedand automatic, but also reduce the daily work and improve the management efficiencyand reduce the management cost. Bus information inquiry and feed-back system is anewly emerged thing in recent two years which has no standard to follow but a stronglocal feature provided by each city. For the time being, all the bus information inquiryand feed-back systems have basic functions as follows: bus station inquiry, train numberinquiry, fuzzy inquiry and station-to-station inquiry. Through these4means, passengerscan not only get information of every station of each line, but also analyze the conditionfor transferring. The main function of this system includes news broadcasting, massageboard, station matching, inquiry for line, station, station-to-station as well as a strongmanagement of the system by administrators.
