With the development of3G (3rd-generation) and mobile internet,3G data service of mobile internet is competitive focus between the telecom operators, but current3G system can not meet the mobile internet business needs of high data rate. With the development of mobile internet, enhanced3G technologies are used in mobile internet. TD-SCDMA (Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access) with China’s independent intellectual property rights is third-generation mobile communication technology criteria, and TD-HSPA (Time Division-High Speed Packet Access) which is TD-SCDMA enhanced technology has an important significance to the development of China’s telecom industry.Mobile internet and our lives are closely linked, however people demand for higher rate of network transmission. How to meet the user who demands that smart phones with low-power, high-speed and mobile, high rate transmission, can be asymmetric for uplink and downlink transmission. How to ensure that the user has sufficient channel resources for a variety of mobile internet experience, online applications. In order to guarantee user quality of service we must ensure the reliable transmission. The DCA algorithm which is efficient and flexible is an effective mean to solve the problem.In TD-HSPA system, the DCA technology improves the spectrum efficiency, channel utilization and increases the system capacity in3G services of the mobile internet, because the DCA technology makes channel allocation flexible. Currently, there are no DCA algorithms for TD-HSPA system of the mobile internet, because of this; a new mobile internet fast DCA algorithm based on TD-HSPA system is proposed. Firstly, there are no fast DCA algorithms for priority of data service, a new mobile internet fast DCA algorithm is proposed. The algorithm based on the sensitivity of transmission delay, the level of transmission rate is set different priorities, while the channel resources are been shared. They make movable boundary DCA strategy more flexible. Secondly, A new fast DCA algorithm which makes channel been fully utilized based on TD-HSPA system is proposed. The algorithm is proposed to give priority to uplink slot allocation, and adopt the new method that uplink slot uses low-level modulation and coding, and downlink slot uses high-order modulation and coding, so they are asymmetric transmission. A standard that main and auxiliary frequency resources can be borrowed from each other based on the voice channel being idle or congested has been proposed, and system capacity is increased by50%.Finally, a new mobile internet fast dynamic channel allocation algorithm based on TD-HSPA system is verified. Simulation results show that, the algorithm ensures to service for real-time and high rate data users firstly, and improves the utilization efficiency of shared resources. The proposed algorithm can decrease the call blocking ratio and dropping packet rate of data service, improve the channel utilization efficiency, and increase the number of data users dramatically.
