More and more people are getting interested in cloud computing, so are the big networkcompanies. Obviously, the process of combining of cloud computing and traditional networkis inevitable. Meanwhile, users facing lots of websites in different domains have to input theidentity information many times every day. This causes a lot of troubles to users. It leads tothe requirement for a reliable and secure cross-domain system. This paper designed a cross-domain mechanism in cloud computing environment with theproperties of cookie and session id. It enables users’cross-domain authentication in cloudcomputing environment. In the network composed of cloud computing environment andtraditional environment, this mechanism aimed to meet the requirements that people can visitthe websites in trusted domains without logging off and only need to make the authenticationonce in one trusted domain. In order to provide core information storage service reliably, securely and stably, thispaper used Hadoop cloud computing framework to bulid HDFS (Hadoop Distributed FileSystem) server. This paper designed a specific login and logout sync module in theapplication server in order to enable the real-time recording and fully control of theinformation about the users’login information. Finally, this paper verified the proposed mechanism through the experiments. Under theexperiments of the HDFS server and application servers deployed in the lab, it realized thelogin and logoff sync function between two websites in different domains. The experimentalresults show that the proposed mechanism can simplify the user authentication, and at thesame time, it can assure the safety and scalability of the system. This paper provides somereferences to future combination of cloud computing environment and traditional websites. Also, the scalability of this system simplified the further promotion of cloud computing.
