Biological sensors are a special chemical sensor which use biological activity unit as a biological sensitive unit.It is highly selective to the test material. It can capture reaction between test material and sensitive unit by using the signal converter, and the degree of chemical reaction will be expressed in a discrete or continuous signals.The test material’s attributes will be concluded. Calorimetry type of biosensor has characteristics of quickly and accurately measuring, easy to operate, and wide application scope, etc. It has a wide range of applications in many fields such as pollution, water quality and pesticide residue inspection.Firstly the background and significance of calorimetry type of biosensor is introduced, then the progress of research on biological sensors at home and abroad introduces is introduced. Through simplified inside structure of Calorimetry type of biosensor, two physical models are established.The physical models are meshed by Gambit software. And then Fluent software is used in the numerical simulation.Through numerical calculation method some conclusions can be obtained. For example, in the column model the temperature measurement device of Calorimetry type of biosensor should be installed at the entrance of the reactor after 4mm, the length of the reactor should be 10mm. The similar conclusions can be obtained in the particle mode. These laws can be used to guide and perfect the measurement process,and then provide the reference to calorimetry type of biosensor experimental research. In order to validate the rationality of the numerical simulation, the simulation result and the corresponding experimental data are compared. Conclusion:The best speed of the numerical simulation data is about 20% faster than the experimental data. The best initial temperature of the experimental data is about 10% higher than the numerical simulation data. It shows that the numerical simulation is reasonable.
