With the cold atomic interferometer at home and abroad, to the measured precision (accuracy and stability) and miniaturization pursuit more and more high, this to the semiconductor laser put forward higher request. This issue analyzes the main form of semiconductor laser parts, improved the dc voltage source, a current source and temperature control system.From the development of semiconductor laser and the emitting mechanism, we introduce the semiconductor laser mechanical structure, the nature of the shoot laser and mode selection, tuning process, thus made clear out the frequency of the laser light shot of laser diode into the relationship between temperature and current, and deduced to achieve continuous tunable output of single model laser purpose, the corresponding temperature control system and constant current source requirement that this research direction and purpose. This paper specifically pointed out that each module circuit to achieve the requirements of miniaturization.Current source and temperature control system to work, the need to dc voltage stabilizer for its power supply. The second chapter presents the regulated dc voltage source linear, the necessity of conform with the requirements of the design of the linear power supply voltage, test the performance, and gives the production of output amplitude of the linear manostat of all parts of the choice of parameters, for making the corresponding power provides important reference.The third chapter presents a current source and temperature control system design, gives the principle of temperature control and current source graph, each part of the circuit design and function, and finally make the corresponding temperature control and current source, test the performance, it is concluded that the homemade temperature control and current source advantage.In the fourth chapter, according to the progress of this article, any subsequent improvement of work of the semiconductor lasers any subsequent improvement of work is forecasted.
