The advent of the information age, the network has become the largest multimediaeducational resource library. Flash animation is developed in recent ten years based on vectorgraphics multimedia educational resources, interactive function, simple manufacture, strongperformance, visual appeal, convenient for network transmission and other characteristics, inteaching by teachers and students of music. In the multimedia field, image, voice, video andother media forms, has emerged a lot of professional search system, for the majority ofInternet users to provide a great convenience, in the face of increasingly rich Flash animationresources, how fast, accurate retrieval to needed resources become the educators of the key.Flash animation as a new multimedia form appears later, has formed Flash network searchengine is few, and are using the keyword search, use them from the Internet to retrieve theteaching and learning of the required Flash animation resources often inefficient, therefore, toestablish a content based Flash database retrieval system, for the education and teachingwork is very meaningful research.In this paper, based on Flash content retrieval based on, set up a content based Flashdatabase system, the retrieval system with the Flash overall content features as the basicretrieval, to Flash logic scene, visual scene elements and contents for advanced search, theuser can according to their own needs a retrieval request by the system according to theretrieval conditions, calculation of each record in the database similarity, will meet theconditions of the Flash Gif in animated form as a retrieval result is provided to the user. Thisarticle will have to be a retrieval system based on Flash index, emphasize on improving thestructure of the database, improve the algorithm, in order to improve retrieval systemretrieval speed and retrieval efficiency.The main work and innovation are as follows:1.This paper studies the structure of multimedia database, according to the Flashanimation feature description, each Flash all content feature is defined as the database fieldsand stored as files, draw lessons from the inverted file ’s Thoughts on the characteristics ofinverted file index file, and the database is encoded, and improve the system of retrieval speed, optimizes the retrieval results.2.Search algorithm is the core content of this paper, this paper proposes the use of a textretrieval technology based on content of Flash new retrieval method, retrieval systemreference Boolean model precise matching idea to design retrieval algorithm, query conditioninput by the user and the Flash index fields in the database exactly match, similarity isdefined as1, i.e. the ability to retrieve user to need the Flash resources, otherwise defined asthe similarity of 0, failed to retrieve the user needed resources.3.Since the index database uses a special inverted file to store records, based on thecontent of the Flash retrieval system uses a structured query method to design the systemretrieval algorithms, to optimize the retrieval speed of retrieval, retrieval system refers to anarray of ideas to store each module of the retrieval results.4.System for user output results before, retrieval system will result record set into thecache, the cache is used to shorten the user in the pages of output for the time.This paper aims to provide users with fast, professional, accurate Flash animationresources retrieval service, the preliminary experimental results show that, the system ofsearch results in a higher accuracy rate, the structure of the database design and the use of theindexing and caching system retrieval speed is improved obviously.
