The development of Internet is taking a great Influence on our way of life, on one hand, we are more likely to obtain information, and on the other hand, we are now in a vast sea of information. Every time we must consciously or unconsciously, passive and active in facing up to billions pages of network information, as the information is so much, the needed one is so difficult to find. The appear of search engine, is just like the compass for us to explore the information world. It was recognized as the fourth pot of gold on the internet after the industry to the network advertising, Online games and Wireless value-added .The world wide web is a variety of multi-media information integration system which is the fastest, most flexible and the most general system on internet ,it can Provide the issued, browse, and retrieve service .The great charming of web was provides a fast track to disseminate multimedia information .Therefore, someone has used such a formula to explain the relationship :"Web=Internet+Multimedia".As the growing and promotion applications of information technology ,the retrieval-l of content-based on multimedia information has become one of the hottest subject . Multi-media information including text, images, graphics, video, sound and animation, as a new visual media, from birth to this day of ten years, Flash has become the most popular multimedia forms.The study object of this article is SWF flash, our study is based on the document structure of SWF animation and flash making process ,then, we analysis the content of flash animation ;after this we built a database on the index of the data structure of flash animation content ,at last ,we developed a flash retrieval system based on dynamic page technology and database technology.Content-based flash retrieval system is a major vertical search system, the ultimate aim of this system is to speed index and retrieval flash animation .In the head of the paper, we designed a web spider process to collect the special URL from the internet which contains the flash file links page, then we get the path of flash files, after this , the flash file was downloaded and was submitted to content analysis plat, by analyzing the procedures for the flash file, we caught the structural of a flash ,then we map the key content character of Flash file ,after all this work done ,we use proper database structure to write the mapped content into an access table, the data support is done .On base of the data support ,we built a friendly query interface with dynamic pages technology , Eventually, will feed back an animation summary back to the user.This article first discuss the current and development trend of content-based area in domestic and international;Then we discussed the key technology and methods of the research, especially ,we have a study on improving the Boolean model; Finally, we studied the code and compressed of the database for the system and we improved the system on base of the retrieve result analyzed and statistics, the experimental results show that the Precision rate and recall rate is somewhat positive.Flash resources have the advantage of visualize, lifelikeness, intuition, it is playing an important role in Constructivism Learning Environment, we can use the applied method above to help student find flash needed more efficient and accurate ,we believe this work is of great significance for improving effects of education .
