Reasearch And Application Of The 3D Feature Modeling In The Hotel Construction Management

The traditional two-dimensional engineering drawings, as the common technique in the construction industry, play an important role in the expression of architectural design, preparation of construction design and technology exchanges. But with the rapid development of the construction industry, the body building, structure, building materials and the use of function occurred a qualitative leap forward, and the difficulty of building design, construction is greatly increased. If all the professional building design parameters are taken as metadata, the building can be regarded as a synthesis that consists of mass information and data. The traditional division of computing books and hand-painted two-dimensional architectural drawings are obviously hard to carry this massive information and data.In this thesis, based on the construction plans, the advanced object-oriented development tool ObjectARX2010 is utilized to yield the three-dimensional simulation model through the object-oriented application development and design methods. The model is used to check the defects generated during the designing phase of the construction, thus to accurately guide the further design of the construction drawings of the building. And three-dimensional model simulation of the construction site with real construction scene is used to determine the exact construction schedule. The precise models of the buildings also help to determine the work practices and calculate the cost of the engineering.Through the secondary development of CAD systems, the real situation of specific construction jobs in different stages could be intuitively and preciselydemonstrated, and thus lead to optimization of the building design and construction programs, and finally the real construction of the MO hotel project.
