The Research Of Power Battery Welding Point Positioning Technology Based On The Color Space

During we identify color image, the color is one of the main percept feature.When weidentify some familiat geometric feature(ellipse、circular),the color has a very distinctadvantage,this advantage is:it is not sensitive to its size and direction,in the welding pointpositioning,it is not affected by uneven welding range and so on.it has strong robustness.thisway of welding is very complicated,Especially welding for the packed power battery,weldingpositioning is not accurate,once slight negligence,it is easy to lead to some problem such aswelding leakage、waste of raw materials.Therefore, aim at the special power battery platewelding device, based on new color space,this paper presents a new way that the exactwelding spot positioning technology.First,process the battery plate,transform the basic structure of original weldingsystem,the bottom is made of red copper,welding piece uses the nickel plate,as a result of twokinds of materials of different colors,Color industrial CCD camera image it.Secondly, afterimage preprocessing the acquired image,after the image histogram equalization,noisesmoothing,threshold segmentation and so on,then based on the color image spaceanalysis.Thirdly,based on the extract image feature,through realize the bottom and thewelding parts of nickel plate threshold segmentation,aim at the battery plate welding directionshape after threshold segmentation,calculate the welding direction center based on the leastsquares method,precise position the welding point.through the coordinate location,makes thewelding system to accurately identify welding positioning.Finally achieve the automaticwelding in the battery plate.After experimental analysis,this paper puts forward the method ispractical and reliable,welding point can precise locate,realize the intelligent automatic welding,provide a new feasible solution for packed power batteries welding system.
